Firstly this is very tall. (I am short but my partner is a giant!!!) So when the product description says you can shower in it, you truly can!It's very easy to use, I'm not good with instructions but even I could manage to set this up. Not massively thick material but it's good durable material, so no peeping Tom's when you're showering lol.There's nothing to fault here as it is so easy to use. I'll update this with how it stands up on our next camping trip. It will be so nice to be able to have a shower for a change!!Disclaimer: I received this for free in exchange for a honest review.

Easy to follow instructions, sturdy, however am giving this 2stars as the arm curl attatchment is awful isnt straight and cannot curl it to the full amount unless you have short arms! As well as the bar for the arm curl is so small you can not fit a decent amount of weights on them, the arm curler extention really is a huge let down on this but other than that just a standard bench.

I am so pleased with this bench. I've been working out with it for two weeks now. I read a lot of reviews before deciding on this unit. My husband and I put it together in about 2 hours. Everything was very clearly marked and the instructions were easy to follow. This quality item that clearly can hold the 300 pound limit.The width is quite nice for doing squats and chest press. I love that you can move the bench. This is great for me as I'm limited on space, so I can move it sideways or even slide it in the hall when I need the floor area. The rack itself is very sturdy. I have used it for squats and bench press several times and have found it to be very solid. You get such a great value for the price.So far this products suits its purpose. I needed some addiional weight but overall great value. Overall happy with the purchase！

Since it has been in production my wife and son use it daily which is not unusual as they work out pretty much daily.The overall adjustability i good and helps since my son is not as tall. So all around a solid and versatile bench that I think will serve me well for many years to do some home strength training.

I love it that lets you do seated rows. This will help me avoid that dreaded humped back that some women get from sitting over the computer all day. I give it two thumbs up. Best puzzle ever.
