Don’t do it. Don’t buy this pole. I took a chance after reading all these negative reviews thinking people didn’t read the directions correctly or were just being dramatic.They weren’t being dramatic.First things first, this company is not discreet at ALL about what they’re shipping. My idea of a fun time does not include picking up a giant box labeled “EXOTIC DANCE POLE” complete with an outline of a stripper on every side of the package. My front office probably got a kick out of that. Also, I could tell they had sent me a used pole because it was covered in scratches and dings. Not the end of the world if the thing works, so I put it together anyway. To be fair, it isn’t flimsy. However, it made noises when in spin mode that made me really nervous that something was going to snap. So, I start a return and try to take it down. Well, whoever had this pole last must have stripped the screw holes, because i could not FOR THE LIFE OF ME unscrew the nut at the top of the pole. For the next TWO WEEKS I had THREE different guy friends try to forcefully unscrew this thing. Nothing. Eventually had to take a sledgehammer to the stupid thing to snap it in half. Lesson learned here? Don’t buy dance poles off amazon.

Amazing perfect for dancing and can hold its weight!!!

So I've had my pole since December and finally started using it on a daily basis. However, I was just informed that my pole is a wider pole. It is 45mm, which is stated in the description BUT I was told that's too wide for good grip. Look for a pole with a smaller diameter, preferably 42 unless you plan on competing. Also, if you have small hands the 42 would be better

The media could not be loaded. The pole was EASY to install!!! You just have to know how to FOLLOW DIRECTIONS!!! IT IS STURDY AND WELL WORTH THE PRICE! My ceiling is shorter than the initial installation so I had to remove extension C and unscrew the adjuster at the top of A-Pole Until the upper dome was tall enough for my ceiling height. Well worth the price! I can't wait to work out 😍

Don’t like to leave bad reviews but. This pole doesn’t worse even this amount of money. First package looks like someone alredy bought it before. You can see paper is ripped inside and a tone of tape. Ok i set it up I tried to try spin as i really need spin and instead of spining it started unscrewing so almost fell and then i tried to put it in normal position not to fell and it did a hole in my ceiling. And no spining at allDoesn’t feel very sturdy. Like i put everything together good so seems ok but i feel it can go back go wiggling position when you try to do something but tell you truth after all that im scared.So i will return it,First i wanted to leave 1 star but as amazon gave us option to return i will put two more just for return . So better invest in proffesional pole for sure

If you read the instructions properly… it’s real easy to assemble and it spins you have to loosen the nuts at the bottom with the little tools they provide. And it’s sturdy. It’s literally a 1234 type if installment. Attach a , B , C slide E to the top. Take C out if it’s too long and adjust at the top so it can reach the ceiling. Real simple if you can READ
