Easy assembly -did it myself- comfortable and attractive! What you get for the price is more than satisfactory. If you want high-end, just pay more, and you won't have to complain about this product! Customer service is terrific! Go buy it; if you are on a small budget, you will not regret it!!

Love this set. The price was better than any others. My husband took a few hours assembling. All the pieces were included. He was thrilled with the finished product.The cushion color is exactly in the photo. At first I thought the cushions would not fit into the covering. The covering appears much smaller. You have to work at it a little but they fit perfect.The water beads up on the cushions.However we have an oak tree hanging over our deck which created brown spots with the moisture of dew and embedded the brown into the cushions. I attempted to wash off the brown spots. I had to use a little soap which left a darker stain.The brown spots came off but the areas cleaned were left streaked and darker. I threw the covers in the wash and let them air dry. They are all brand new again.I purchased an inexpensive cover for the whole set that is slightly larger. I tuck it under the legs to hold it in place along with the Velcro straps. The cover keeps it clean and dry from dew and rain.I cover it every night.We didn’t use our deck much before.Now we enjoy the new sectional every day. It looks beautiful too.

Furniture seems to be decent quality. Pieces went together easily, but don’t bother with supplied tools. Get a small ratchet for the hex bolts (Harbor freight) and a 10mm wrench. Biggest disappointment is the cushions. They are not 3.4”...in fact if they fluff up at all, might reach 2.5 and are very soft, no density to speak of. Will definitely be buying better foam for them. Just pushes the price paid a lot higher than expected (by almost $200). Clips holding the sections together serves its purpose, but don’t expect it to be rock solid. First 2 boxes came very fast, but waiting another week for the 3rd box. All around, it looks nice and will be comfortable once I replace the foam in every cushion. Now just need to figure out a method to secure the cushions to the seats a little better.

First of all, I loved that this was black and turquoise! The price was also right and even though there were comments about the size being for smaller people, I went to places in person to see their patio sets and they weren't any bigger. Let me tell you about this company! When I received the shipment and opened it, 4 pieces were damaged in shipping. I thought that the nightmare was about to begin! But NO! This company answered my email with in 24 hours and I sent pictures and they sent me replacements for the damaged pieces within a week!!!! They kept in contact with me as some of the stickers identifying the pieces had fallen off and they wanted to make sure they sent me the correct replacement parts. I would not hesitate to do business with them again and would highly recommend them! FYI...I do not work for the company! As far as putting it together, I am a 64 year old woman who put it together by myself. I love my new patio set!

Took me the better part of six hours to put together but once I figured out the first piece it went quicker. The directions are confusing and after the second piece I just figured it out. It doesn’t sit any lower then my other conversation pieces although that is a complaint in here. The seat cushions are thin but not tragic. I will probably put some firm cushion ones in over winter, but again not a deal breaker. The back cushions are very full and soft. I wasn’t really sure what to expect but the 3 boxes are packed super tight and everything fit in there! 2 armless chairs, a right hand lounge with additional seat, a left hand chair, ottoman and a convertible table/ottoman all came in the boxes. I am happy with the product and would recommend

Let me start off by saying this set is real pretty put together,seems to be sturdy and the back pillows fluffy and comfy. NOW down to business if this is a set that you will be spending allot of time on,I say save your money but if it's just somethingto look at then maybe. The bottom cushions are not comfy at all, they are no more than 3 in thick, they slide everywhere, the sectional frame sits very low to the ground,I'm 5'2' and have to push myself up. To sum this up if we would have saved the boxes we would have sent it back.

Pros: I'm impressed with the quality of item, and how quickly it arrived; great colors, and we no longer have to play musical chairs with company over. It's verry sturdy, and easy to reconfigure, and definitely creates a warm focal point!Cons: It's not terribly comfortable, invest in additional pillows; the instructions were also verry hard understand.

Came with extra parts and extra pillow5 Arrived within a few days, much much quicker than was anticipated.Cons:1 Cushions are crap. They are thin and cheap. You will have to replace them after one season, I suspect, dependent on the amount of use.2 Instructions are nearly incoherent, but that's no surprise.Pro tip:Use a drill with a hex bit to assemble this furniture. This will make things much much quicker and easier. It only comes with the little allen wrench. If you try to use this wrench, it will take you and a team of people weeks to finish. With the drill, it took the 2 of us about 2.5 hours.
