Fits like a glove
First it does fit 2020 a4 fob. I have something similar for my bmw this protects the fob from scratches and dents when I drop it good to keep the fob looking new

These fit and look great. Should also give protection if the fob is dropped on a hard surface. Key fobs are very expensive to replace and that makes these a good value at $11.
