It's water and tastes like water. But the marketing is great and I feel fancy carrying a bottle around. The advertising got me ,I guess. I really can't taste a difference at all , none the less enough to switch from buying less expensive brands. Still, I won't hesitate to grab some Fiji when it's on sale or first available bc it does make me feel a bit posh. I just noticed the hole to drink out of is a little larger on the Fiji water, this makes it much easier for me to cut a mini cucumber in half and squeeze it into the bottle for portable cucumber water ! Which is a huge benefit!!! just remember to ALWAYS wash veggies before use , especially when using it to flavor and soak in water.
