Fresh, tasty, came quickly. Nice big bag. Good roast. A favorite addition to my salads without adding too many calories or carbs.

These are good sunflower seeds. The price was good when I first purchased them. The taste is delicious after roasting. I buy Yupik Organic when the price is lower than the others. Shop around.
