Texture wise its really good, one gets the feeling of eating an actual cookie..the taste - a slight bitter after taste typical of erythritol . Filling? - Yes! one cookie weighs almost 25 gms and neatly packed too!

I am a regular in gym and have been working out for quite long. I follow cyclic meals and currently I cutting down on my carbs.
