Where do I measure to decide on the size of SI belt that I will need?

Measure just below the top of your hip/pelvic bone.

Does this belt contain latex?

The elastic used in the Serola Sacroiliac Belt is composed of latex rubber. The latex is encased within polyester fabric in such a manner that at no time, even when fully stretched, is the latex visible; nor does it come in contact with the skin. In addition, the elastic component of the belt is separated from the wearer by a hypoallergenic open cell urethane foam layer, that is about one eighth inch thick. No other portion of the belt or packaging contains latex.

My Osteopath said I need to check to make sure my legs are the same length after wearing it because if not, then the belt is not working properly?

That is correct, if one leg is longer then your S I will be out of whack and that is a whole other story. I had instructions from my physical therapist.
