Yes. You just have to hand fluff to make them full. Kind of a lot and often. It is very full after kneading, because the material is sufficient. It is much more full than low-priced pom poms cheerleading.

They are large pom poms, approx 14 inch. Full shape and bright colors make them more noticeable,suit for sports events cheer up.

its a pack of 2, but I don't think you should buy this because if you think it looks like a normal pom pom where you stick your hand in and you can't see it on the other side then your wrong. It's basically see through because the tassel/shiny material part doesn't spread out far enough. Just a warning.
