Great chair, easy to put together and very comfortable.

Let's face it, most mesh office chairs are very similar. The height is adjustable, the arms are adjustable, etc. The Termpur-Pedic seat cushion sets this chair apart. I've been using it for a few days (home office) while my firm's office is being renovated, and I have to say this is the best office chair I've used. It may be hard going back to the one at my firm! The back support is great, but the cushion makes all the difference.We have other office chairs in our home, but they are not as comfortable. I may have to replace them!One suggestion, whether you purchase this chair or another: we have hard wood floors and I find that the casters (wheels) that come with any of these chairs are plastic and can scratch floors unless you have a floor protector. For this chair and others in my home, I purchased the "roller blade casters" from Amazon. Yes, the wheels look just like roller blade wheels and they are hard wood floor friendly! Smooth, silent, and will not scratch your floors. Just search for "roller blade casters" on Amazon.

Love this chair. Only thing I wish is that the arm rests had fwd/back adjustability. As far as installation, it's pretty straight forward. The people who say the arm rests are backwards are mistaken, as you are looking at it upside down while installing.

Have had the chair for almost 6 years. Great quality and reliability. Use it everyday including all day long for my business 5 days a week. Never had a problem or a broken part. Shows normal wear for the extensive amount of time I use it.When the time comes for a replacement I will buy another one.

I’ve sat in many different brands and types of office chairs in my life and this one has to take the prize as my favorite. You are able to adjust the width and height of the arm rests, the tilt mechanism is very nice, back support isn’t aggressive but is comfortable nonetheless, the seat itself if on the firmer side but still very comfortable.

ive used all the office chair brands. Top ones, middle ones, cheap ones. THIS is among the BEST. so comfy, keeps me cool, and supports my back, hamstrings, tush... you will love it

This is a super terrific chair. It's extremely comfortable, a great value and just as good if not better compared to other brands that cost 3 to 5 times more. Quality construction. This chair now and then goes on sale so if you're flexible on timing best to avoid paying full price. Shipping was fast. Instructions are not super detailed but it's easy to figure out. Just know the screws in step 2 are different from the all the rest, which are used in steps 4 and 5. The arm rest instructions were correct, at least for me. Highly recommend!
