A flavorful and easy way to get the calcium I need. I had a bone density test. Don't remember what it's called, but it comes before osteoporosis and this was recommended by my doctors office.

I used this brand many years ago. Not the best tasting but also not the worst. Middle of the road. I just hope and assume it will help with what it says it will do. I will probably start putting them in my flavored water instead of eating them. I like them because I was told they are not full of sugar. I would recommend it. I hear it's one of the best brands out there.

I appreciate that this chewable has a good dosage of calcium PLUS copper - so important for bone health! I am rating only 3 stars because the tablets include artificial flavors and dyes. If the manufacturer could figure out this to include better non-active ingredients, it could be the best chewable supplement for bones.
