Does anyone know if this securely fits a galaxy s21 & s22 ultra?

According to information provided, it should. I ordered it for a Samsung Galaxy A-12 for which it worked fine. It also works for Motorola Moto with a back cover.

Will this hold a Samsung Galaxy A14 with Otterbox cover ?

I am not sure. I have a Spider case I bought for my S23. The case is thicker than the others but it does fit in my new Tiflook holster but snuggly.
