Package damaged
I recently purchased this serum from Amazon, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the package arrived damaged, which was very concerning. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the serum was manufactured in 2022, making it not as fresh as I had hoped. Given that skincare products can lose their efficacy over time, this was unacceptable. I had to go through the hassle of returning the item.
