Works great for inflammation
I ordered this after looking up the benefits online. I'm 51 years old and had gotten to the point that I could barely move due to inflammation and stiff joints. I had tried so many different things to help but it would only last a day and didn't really relieve all the pain. I can honestly say that this has helped tremendously. In just one day I noticed I could move better and wasn't hurting as bad. By the second and third day the inflammation and joint stiffness was completely gone. It also seems to give me more energy, and I feel like I'm thinking more clearly. I am taking 4mg (2 pills a day at the same time). I take it around lunchtime when I eat because I read it works better when you take it with food. It also doesn't keep me up at night taking it around that time. I highly recommend it if you're having issues and pain due to inflammation.

Good Product for supplementing
It worked well for me. I use it in combination with the calcium and magnesium tablets I am already taking in order to increase the chance of absorption. Notes on this Mineral: This is a good low dose boron supplement. It provides a small quantity of the mineral that can no longer be found in many store-bought foods due to the way they were grown. It can decrease pain related to arthritis, menstrual cycle, and skin rash. It is found to affect the way the body handles other minerals like calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus and is often taken to assist in preventing bone loss but is yet to be "proven" effective. Do your research, but I am pleased with this product and will continue to buy.

Helps your body absorb other supplements and balances hormones
My doctor recommended these to help balance my hormones and to help my body absorb my other supplements. It seems to be working so far. This is my favorite supplement brand!

Amazing if you suffer from lower back pain
I tried this after seeing a Tiktok about it helping back pain because my back hurts every day and I always feel like I'm going to pull it. I notice an almost immediate difference and sense of relief in my back pain when I take it. Highly recommend
