Good background before you see Suicide Squad - Wanted to read this before Suicide Squad. Love Paul Dini. Never heard of Harley Quinn always thinking it was Harlequin. A bizarre story worth experiencing reminiscent of 60's psychiatrists entering the world of their patient in order to know them and possibly heal them. Thomas Szasz and R.D. Laing come to mind. "reality is nothing but socially shared hallucinations." Review: A beautiful collection of classic Harley- A must have!!! - I have read and re-read this so many countless times, I absolutely love it! My favorite Harley Quinn collection in many different styles, all add such depth to this comic book character that we have grown to love and cheer for. While so many are fascinated with the duality psyche of Batman and the Joker, there is something deeper simmering in once psychiatrist Dr. Harleen Quinzel. Did love drive her mad, or did her madness drive her to love? I am always enthralled in all of her retellings and journeys, but I find it imperative to revisit the classics. Paul Dini, thank you for the creation of this amazing character, her meaning goes well beyond the TV screen and pages. The comic book is beautiful, the pages are great quality and the colors are as deep and diverse as the character herself. Well done! Thanks you again!!!

Best place to start and great cover art.
If your into Harley Quinn then this is a must read and the best starting point. This is where her charming insanity began and the cover art is fantastic. Art pops off the pages and is brilliantly colored throughout. There are Appearances by Bats, Joker,Riddler, Penguin,Poison Ivy and more. Really enjoyed this one.

More Harley than you could shake a stick at
A mishmash of random Harley stories about her going on adventures involving: Batman, Joker, Ivy, Ventriloquist and Riddler. My favorites of the bunch were the shorts 'The Bet' which is between Harley and Ivy and 'Role Models' once again featuring Harley and Ivy. Joe Quinones had my favorite art style in the collection with stories 'The Most Important Day of the Year' and 'Justice is Served'. The book ended with the weakest part leaving a bad taste in my mouth, a more recent Suicide Squad Harley who I tend to ignore.
