Pricey but worth it
The taste and texture are amazing but it's too pricey. I know it's not gonna be cheap like 4 dollar cucumber pickles but 16 is too much. But I'll buy it again. I wish there was like a bulk option.

Tasty in a Bloody Mary.
I purchased these for my Sunday Bloody Marys and ended up using them on charcuterie boards when having friends over. These will be a regular item in our fridge.

Pickled baby corn is average
The pickled baby corn definitely had a pickle brine flavor, but I think it overtook the corn flavor. I'll stick to the unbrined baby corn, as that can be added to stir-fry much easier and won't make the entire stir-fry dish taste like a big pickle.
