How much longer is the larg tall from the large? Is that the only difference?

Our tall sizes add 2 inches to the overall length and 2 inches to the sleeve length.

I'm 5'8 240lbs. What size should I Get?

I think an XL would work for you. They are very true to size. If you like a little more room you could go up a size.

Anybody have experience motorcycle riding with this hoodie in 30 degree weather?

It's a tight weave and keeps out the wind that I've experienced. The hood could be just a bit bigger but is fine for general wear. Weather you find this comfortable or not kind of depends on your tolerance to cold no?

Is this labeled original fit or loose fit?

This style is a Loose Fit. Loose and Original are the same fit.
