When I first ordered these Lick and Lap it said Made in Germany and no added milk. No longer w/o milk and not made in Germany. Why?

I mix lysine in this in a dish to hide the flavor!

I give my cats powdered lysine against allergies. I have found that 2 of these squeezed into a small dish and mix up the lysine into it, hides the flavor of the lysine. Costs less than a vet bill and anti allergy shots and eye drops! Thank you!
