HRG80 Red Ginseng - Energy & Focus Support - 30 Count

I had first received free samples of the chewable version from a local pharmacy and was able to try them, otherwise I would not have purchased because I have other supplements that I take for energy that have worked for years. However, I did try them and had a noticeable burst of energy so I figured that I could alternate because taking the same ones seems to work like some medicine where they are not as effective. I went through the bottle of chewable and then found that these capsules were available for a few dollars more but looked like the mg were double what the chewable offered. They arrived as promised and had no issues with the packaging. So far I like them. I take one first thing in the morning when my eyes open and sometimes doze back off and by the time I wake up I feel wide awake and am able to get up and start moving quickly. I am NOT a morning person in both attitude and energy. I want to be. I have tried but I can not do it without my supplements that assist. Overall I will order again, at least one more time. The price is higher than I am comfortable with compared to my other daily energy supplements so that would be the main reason for not reordering in the future. If you need some natural energy without the shakes or upset stomach then definitely give these a try. They will get the job done.

Ordering 3rd bottle of these. They do what they say but expensive. Noticed a review someone counted them and was shorted 1 pill. Next time I will check that. For the price of these I expect a full bottle.

I’ve been using CiQ 10 for about 6 months now. I tried two different brands. I read they’re good for increasing energy. I see no energy increase.

I took these for a month not sure they really worked for me, as I didn’t feel any difference. I didn’t have any problems with swallowing it. The shipping and packaging were good.

According to some studies done, the red ginseng - and this brand particularly was mentioned, and we already love the brand because take the Terry naturally B vitamins - biggest dose of B12 available other than by shots - is supposed to help tiredness and help being more clear thinking. Just started 3 days ago so don't know yet, but very excited.

As a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, I prescribe herbs and herb formulas for my patients. I was hoping that this Red Ginsrng would live up to its billing, as there are many kinds of ginseng, all with different actions on the body. Some nourish Yin (blood, fluids, hormones, neurotransmitters, etc.) and others tonify Yang (increase energy in various organ systems and functional groupings). This is a panax ginseng, Asian ginseng, one of the most-used Qi tonics in Chinese medicine. (In comparison, American ginseng is Yin nourishing, as well as being a Qi tonic.) I took 1 capsule of this twice daily as the bottle instructs, for 1 month, but I have felt no increase in energy. It may require several months of twice daily dosing to get the full effect of a tonic, but ginseng is priced too high for most people to be able to afford taking it for many months. NOTE: This was a reasonable price compared to top ginsengs which sell for hundreds of dollars for a comparable amount of herb. I wish I had gotten more out of it. Maybe younger people will find it enough for their needs? (I’m 68.)
