I typically use a lot more water than the instructions call for, so you could probably use a smaller portion of the seasoning base and then save it for a bowl of broth on another day or soup if you keep dry noodles.

The box comes with broth and rice noodles there could be some meat on brother but it’s not specified to be vegetarian

Best noodles-in-bowl I've had

The warehouse store near me carried these and of the many in-bowl noodle soups these are my favorite. They also have some other flavors. They're light rice noodles and have a nice flavor packet. Generally I add something like chicken or some mixed veggies to them which I cook separately

A quick tasty lunch

This is a great tasting instant soup. Just a little spicy, easy to make. Sometimes I add a few shrimp or a little chicken. But it is great just the way it comes too. A quick lunch!
