Many problems.
Much larger than expected - almost to the point of not being usable. MUCH too easy to trigger - resulted in two false alarms within the first 24 hours.

For seniors perfect phone
Bought this for my mother and I love it. Big numbers to push for dialing. She has arthritis so this feature is perfect. Speaker phone so she does not have to hold the phone all the time. Also you can preprogram 8 popular phone numbers in with picture or name identification so easy fir her to use

Not what you think it's going to be.
Don't think your loved one will be able to call and speak through the device. My Mom used to have one that worked like that. This one you can call from the device but you can't hear the other person who answers. You have to be near the base to hear the person and that defeats the purpose for it in my opinion. Otherwise, a person could just hit the M1, M2, or M3 or the SOS button on the cordless phone.

Huge pendant.
The pendant is HUGE. Fancy little old ladies will not sully their outfits with "flattened tennis balls" hanging around their necks, we've discovered -- or at least our little old lady. We had an old version of this for my mother and it worked great, only about the size of a quarter. My MIL is now in need of the same, and they've modified some of the functionality, but it's still easy to use for someone with mild cognitive impairment. The call quality is great. All of that doesn't matter if you can't get a fashion conscious 94 year old dementia-burdened lovely lady to use the thing. Super frustrating. In my opinion, what they had worked. Did adding more features cause the size increase? I'd rather have a dumbed-down version that mom would use over a fancy one that she won't use, just saying. It's sitting in a drawer, useless to us.

Purchased with phone. Extra security when using phone with . Works good. Easy to set up. Easy to reset when needed. Good that my 80+ mom can still talk to me until someone arrive.

Don't buy
Been trying to connect it. Wouldn't connect. Instructions doesnt support the newer models. So called tech support they say it's just a speaker with a button. It's doesn't do nothing but use as a speaker. Waste of money
