Q: Will the women's boot tree fit men's size boots

They are primarily for tall boots, but yes, I think they should fit in any shoe size medium to tall boot. That's one of the things I like about them is that they give decent compression to maintain shape (unlike some other ones I tried that were for super skinny legs only/didn't provide rigidity at all)

These boot tree will not stretch the new riding boots by 1-2 inches. They are meant to keep boots stretched. You need to take them to shoe repair store. They have stronger boot trees to stretch your wife’s new boots.
