Great cleaning kit for an alto
This kit has everything you need to clean your alto sax. All decent quality and you get good value for money. I wouldn’t think it would be useful for a tenor sax as the weighted stings wouldn’t be long enough to pull through a tenor - perfect for an alto though.

Clean and simple
After my old one disintigrating, this one fits the bill and dries my saxaphone parts better than waht came with the saxaphone. It's not quite as good as some of the more expensive versions that my teacher uses, but it does the job well once used properly and only adds a minute or two once done playing to keep it in top shape. I didn't need the neck strap, but it'd be really useful for a begginer or if you're getting your hands on a second hand saxo.

Buy cheap... buy twice.
Very poor quality. The best thing about it is the case! I bought this for a tenor sax, and the weight of the cleaning cloth is too light, the string too short. It can be used, but is a ball ache to get the string down and out to pull the cloth through. The cloth it’s replacing is a good deal longer with a heavier weight, so I will end up taking this off and sewing into the new cloth. The mouthpiece brush and small cloth are ok. The reed case is too small to fit. As they say, but cheap, buy twice.

This is a pretty complete cleaning kit that will serve any Sax or Clarinet player well. The mouthpiece brush was a bonus that I forgot comes in the kit. Glad I didn't order a mouthpiece brush separately. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star review is because, in my opinion, the swab for the Alto Sax needs to have a cord that is 3-4" longer. Nice kit, nice case, a great assortment of swabs, and a nice mouthpiece brush.
