For those with leaky gut - stay away - allergy will flare nastily
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought these to shift to a healthy diet but they were highly inflammatory for me. Probably the pesticides, I don't know. My gut suffered so much I had to stop eating them. Bloating, gas, stomach pains. So yes: For those with leaky gut - stay away - allergy will flare nastily.

Needs to be boiled in water to make ready to eat
This item is a little harder than the previous packaging item. Don't know why? This item needs to be boiled in water before eating. But the previous item was ready to eat by soaking in cold water for 10-15 minutes.
