Nice mirror and I love it!! I’ve come back, almost two years after buying the mirror, to write a review because I realize that of all the things I’ve bought on Amazon over the years, this mirror is not only the thing I use daily, but it’s been the most practical and reliable thing I own! It deserves a great review! I use it mostly at home, but there have been days in which I’ve had to rush out of the house without my makeup, so I grab my makeup bag and the mirror and I’ll put my makeup on in a parking lot later that day! Just place the suction cup from the extension, onto your windshield and voila, you’re good to go! Sometimes the suction needs a little moisture, I mean that’s something I thought everyone knew but apparently some people are writing in their reviews that the suction doesn’t work. 🙃 I’m pretty sure they’re not putting a little moisture (from the faucet if you’re in the bathroom, but a little lick will do in a pinch, don’t say ‘gross,’ you’ve all done it ) on the suction cup will make it work just fine, unless the suction cup happens to be defective, which I doubt. The mirror works great! It does need batteries, so I bought the Amazon rechargeable batteries and charger, specifically for this mirror because it might end up using 3 AA batteries about once a month, depending on how long it takes to do your makeup. My kids also use the mirror for some reason (despite the fact that they have perfect vision) so our batteries wear out fairly quickly, as well as the fact that I use the mirror daily and for at least 1/2 an hour a day. Amazon rechargeable batteries don’t keep the brightness as long, but as long as you don’t mind charging them regularly, that’s fine, otherwise regular batteries keep the brightness for a lot longer. It’s sturdy too! I’ve dropped it many times, due to clumsiness, and it keeps on ticking. Lastly, as I recall, the company is woman owned, so that’s another plus! If you’re about to turn 40, or you know a contact lense wearer or makeup wearer, or even a skin care enthusiast, get it for yourself or a friend! It’s definitely worth it! 🤩 I should add that I just remembered that when I originally ordered the mirror, it didn’t come with the extension and it was during Covid, so not only did I have to wait for it for almost a month, but had to pay extra for something I assumed came with it, since the photo included the extension. So there’s that. But it was worth it! Honestly, I think they should just include the extension (and charge more) because I don’t see how anyone could use it without it. It doesn’t really stand up on its own, I don’t believe.

Everything I was hoping for. The suction is great with the twist base. Very tight. 5 stars for sure.

works well, battery died a little quick but worth it

I travel frequently and need a mirror for hotel rooms this is a great little mirror! It doesn’t fall off if you stick it to another mirror. I’ve left it on for a week. I guess that’s as long as I’ve stayed anywhere. I don’t know if they’ve improved that or other people were trying to stick it to something that doesn’t work well with it. The magnification is great. It’s not very heavy. It packs well in the suitcase. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. It takes three AA batteries, and one of those batteries start getting worn down the light gets dimmer. I’ve used it for a long time and I just changed the batteries. I guess my only suggestion would be bring three batteries with you just in case wherever you are when it starts to dim, you can just change them. Very easy to do.

EDIT: while I loved this mirror, shortly after I posted my review my mirror seemed to have stopped working. The light will not turn on, no matter how many times I click it or by changing the batteries. Pretty bummed since this mirror is barely a year old. For the longest time this mirror was great, the suction was great and I never had an issue with it staying on the mirror. But after a few months I noticed that the suction just isn’t what it was originally. It is continuously falling off of the mirror so I have to take it down and put it back up when it’s being used. The lighting is nice however you definitely need a regular light on as well or good natural lighting. However it’s perfect and compact for traveling! Also the mirror is really nice, give a true, non distorted view of your skin.

One of the best travel mirrors I’ve ever purchased. So much so that my husband wanted one for himself. (Rough getting old eyes 😉) and he uses it in our bathroom all the time. Suction works amazingly. Highly recommend this product.

Worst product I’ve ever bought! The light stays on and you have to flip the battery so it doesn’t stay on. The suction cup does not stay on a mirror, window or even on the counter. Don’t waste your money.

This is exactly what I was looking for! It stays on my faux marble wall very well. I love the flexibility of the neck so I can see wherever. The light is very bright and the magnification is impressive. Super helpful for skin care and applying makeup.

It’s impossible for me to apply makeup without a magnifying mirror especially one without a light. Not all hotels provide one so to be safe I purchased this before our European vacation and was so grateful I did as I would have been screwed without it. Works amazing u fly. Light and doesn’t take up too much space in luggage. Comes with a carrying pouch to keep it safe in your luggage. Note however that it sticks to tile amazingly well and will not budge u til you remove it. Doesn’t stick to wall/paint as well but does stay long enough to get the job done. It fell off the wall a few times before I realized it and thankfully survived without breaking. Highly recommend!!

I bought a different product which stated magnifying by 10 but it wasn’t. This one is great!

This mirror I purchased with crossed fingers after a previous, much more expensive one, turned out to be a flop. This mirror is perfect, and any concern I had was dispelled after receiving it: 1. The mirror magnification is great (and no, you don't have to be sitting up close and uncomfortable to see) 2. The mirror itself is a rectangle shape, thus maximising the surface area that you can see with 3. It swivels and adjusts exactly how you need it, and with good length to reach you 4. It suctions perfectly to the mirror on my vanity table 5. Battery operated, so no need for a power outlet 6. Good lighting All in all, perfect. Highly recommended.

ATTENTION la ventouse n est pas assez grande pour supporter le poids du miroir. Il tombe systematiquement. C'est vice caché. Ne vous faites pas avoir !
