My parents have a built-in oven that would have cost a lot to replace. Instead of fixing the oven, I suggested that they get this air fryer - and it's a great replacement. So far, my parents have mainly been using the air fryer to cook crispy sweet potato fries and to heat up meat pies that they have been buying from M&S. They are really pleased with the crispiness of things done in the air fryer. The advantage of using the air fryer over the oven is that the air fryer heats up very quickly. The oven used to take at least five or more minutes to get warm enough to use. However, this air fryer gets hot in a fraction of that time. I was pleased that the controls were so intuitive. There is of course an instruction manual, but I didn't have to consult it at all. The controls very much worked as I would have guessed they should - to me this is a sign of good design and clever thinking. Very pleased with the results so far. The air fryer was a very reasonable price too.

In times of rising energy costs this air fryer is a real game changer. No longer do I have to heat up the oven to bake, fry, roast or reheat a meal. Quick and easy to use, takes up less space than a microwave and the food comes out so much nicer too! It’s not just a fancy and healthier way to cook chips, although those do come out fluffy and crisp, I’ve used it for cooking sausages, chicken pieces, salmon, reheating a slice of pie where the pastry that’s stayed lovely and flaky. This model has a dehydration function too that I haven’t used yet however have some fresh herbs to try later. A good investment and I’ve seen people buy a cheaper brand only to upgrade later. I grabbed mine when I saw it on special and very pleased with my purchase.

Wasn’t sure if an air fryer can compete with traditional frying and so took us a while to take the plunge and invest in one. After some research the ninja was on our top list, opting for the larger model to help save time we have not been disappointed!! Like the instant pot this (not so little) machine may become an essential kitchen item. It gets chips with little or no oil, in fact frozen chips are probably coming out more healthier as you see the amount of oil left behind after they finish cooking. The come out crispy and tasty! The machine is easy to use and the max crisp function certainly helps get that crunch on items that you would usually rely on a frying pan for. On top of this you know it’s more healthy! Win win!! Only downside is the size, it’s quite big especially the larger version but if you have space or somewhere to store it’s worth it! Kind of wish we had one of these earlier now but we are certainly using it enough to make up for lost time! Get one!

Before purchasing the Ninja air fryer, I previously owned a Tower branded air fryer. I personally don't feel that the experience is any more "premium" than any other branded air fryers. I also feel that the materials are cheaply made It does look nice but it feels that the materials are cheap. However, I do love my air fryer It's made everything so much more convenient as with my previous air fryer, I use my air fryer now more than I do my conventional oven. One thing to note is that the "touchpad" on the front isn't actually a touchpad it's buttons click also, the Ninja Max isn't actually wider in capacity It just has a deeper drawer. Overall, I am happy with my purchase but in comparison to any other branded air fryer it's pretty much the same given that the Ninja Max air fryer does have five cooking settings, but I feel like most people would just use the standard air fry option. I do recommend this product but I don't feel like it's any different from buying a cheap alternative. I also wish that this product was available to buy in different colours rather than just grey.

Was tempted to buy a cheaper alternative - but already had a Ninja Coffee machine and rate it highly so thought I would get this one to match - so pleased I did - the easiest thing in the world to use - browns really well (a little too well - doesn't need as long as you think) - very easy to clean each time you use it - no smells, no oil needed, easiest control pad ever - have used it most days since purchase for cooking a lot of foods that saves turning the oven on Even roasted garlic in foil on top of other items - you need to keep shaking and rotating the food for even brown colour - and is just a case of pulling the tray out and shaking - makes it easy to see when the food is brown and cooked too - just add brioche buns on top of food cooking to toast for the last couple of minutes for example Pic just shows the most basic of functions - quick cook of hash browns, from frozen in 15 minutes, no mess no fuss and no hassle - if your thinking of an air fryer don't hesitate with this one

Resisted for ages thinking it’s just silly fad to get air fryer. I saw results of relatives air fryer and then had a rethink. Wow! Chicken thighs with bone cooked really well but moist, loads fat dripped out including the fat within the folds of thigh. It cooked straight from fridge in apprx 20 mins. The bone was cooked and flesh came away from it. No baked on trays to scrub and no foil used. I simply washed the inside of drawer with soft cloth and washing up water. Hardly a risk of getting burnt I can cook just one chicken thigh if I need My kitchen stays tidy without piles of pans after meal. Between this air fryer and my tefal rice and veg steamer, I don’t use hob and oven or grill in week. I save that for weekend now .

My 5 year old Philips Avance XL packed it in and started autonomously changing the temperature and the time when it would get hot. I not sure if the AI inside became sentient, it was hacked or just malfunctioned. I needed a replacement. I had my eye on Ninja Foodi for awhile but since we already have a InstantPot, I decided just to look at Airfryers. This one had good reviews, and it was on Flash Sale for £99 for the first time, so I pulled the trigger. Some reviews complained about rubbery/plasticy smell, so I ran the Airfryer empty couple of times for 10 minute cycle on MaxCrisp, which is the highest heat. There was a slight initial whiff of plasticy smell, but when I cooked with it there was none. Compared to my old Philips: - the Ninja Max is quieter. - It's roughly the same size volume wise but the footprint is a tad smaller and it seems to be a bit higher. I'd say this slightly better for a smaller kitchen. - so far it hasn't smoked, unlike the Philips - more range with time/temp - dehydration option, which is the reason I went and wanted to try this one - the cooking area's bottom shape is round vs more squarish on Philips, and it seems a tad smaller, but it is also a bit higher - No grill rack came with the purchase, but the one I got for Philips fit in well. I noticed when using it to cook bacon, the top layer did get crispier quicker, most likely due to better air circulation - The pot mechanism is quite different to Philips. Philips has a pan with a metal mesh bottom and lifts up from the deeper pan which can also be removed. This leaves a front plate on a track. This also means there's more exposure to outside. I regularly had to clean under the Philips, as brown grease would apparently heat up, fly around and then drip down inside the machine and on the countertop between the pan and the inner wall. Ninja has a solid inner floor and the whole pan comes out fully. Inside the pan there's the grill plate. I believe this design prevents the leakage of grease on to the countertop. It's nicer to clear the machine inside and out, than notice after a couple of weeks that there a puddle of grease under the fryer. So far, so good. I which Ninja would make a multi layer rack for maximising cooking bacon and for dehydrating.

Omg this is amazing I have not used my oven since I bought this. I use it every single day, it honestly has changed my life. Cooking is so much easier and quicker using my air fryer. I make all sorts of different foods in it. Obviously I use it for like chicken and chips which only takes 15 -20 minutes. I make stirfry and without using any oil, I never use any oil in my air fryer. It’s extremely convenient, I have also used the dehydration setting and dehydrated bananas, they were amazing and I plan on using the dehydration setting a lot more. I have not used the bake or roast setting yet, but I will be soon. There is so much you can do in the air fryer. I am so pleased I bought it and I’m really glad I went for a really good brand.

It does a nice job but keeping an eye on it.

Wenn man abends nach einem langen Uni-Tag nach Hause kommt, möchte man meist einfach schnell etwas Warmes essen, ohne lange zu kochen. Genau dafür haben wir die Ninja AF160UK Luftfritteuse für den Single-Haushalt unserer Tochter gekauft. Die Bedienung ist unkompliziert und die Programme wie Air Fry, Max Crisp, Backen oder Braten sind schnell eingestellt. Besonders praktisch ist, dass viele Gerichte direkt aus dem Gefrierfach zubereitet werden können. Mit ihrem Fassungsvermögen von 5,2 Litern ist die Luftfritteuse für eine Person sehr gut geeignet. Gleichzeitig nimmt sie auf der ohnehin knappen Arbeitsfläche in der kleinen Küche nicht zu viel Platz ein. Besonders Pommes, Gemüse oder kleine Ofengerichte gelingen damit schnell und gleichmäßig. Positiv aufgefallen ist auch, dass beim Zubereiten nur relativ wenig Geruch entsteht – selbst wenn man einmal Fisch zubereitet. Nach dem Kochen lässt sich der Korb schnell reinigen, was im Alltag natürlich sehr angenehm ist. Positiv: ideal für schnelle Mahlzeiten einfache und intuitive Bedienung vielseitige Programme wenig Geruchsbildung beim Kochen schnell zu reinigen benötigt wenig Platz auf der Arbeitsfläche Eine sehr praktische Luftfritteuse für Singles oder kleinere Haushalte, mit der sich schnell und unkompliziert warme Mahlzeiten zubereiten lassen.

Guter Airfryer,einfach zubedienen .Füümenge 1 kg.Pommes optimal.Nuggets werden auch gut.
