READ IF YOU STILL HAVE CONFUSION! ᶘ ⊙ᴥ⊙ᶅ My first impression was like for the first time I got to see how carefully someone can do the packaging, it was well packaged so there is no longer doubt about how it will come out, the layering and at last their cloth bag! It is soo good, I felt sooo happy that I have something which is leather made and the pages are warm yellow in colour, they are also handmade I think so. The size is travel friendly so whoever is looking for it they should have this one! At first I was thinking if I bend the book a bit it will torn or something but it's well stitched, binding quality is perfect! 🤍 I would say just get it before it's too late. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It was on my wish list for soo long after my journal finished I was eager to buy another! My expectations were just it should have a lot of pages and not too big so I can carry or place it anywhere! And guess what out of the blue I found this and after checking the reviews with my bitter-sweet experience I finally decided to order it after talking to my didi. So I was soo excited to unbox it as it came today probably it's my Christmas gift for myself!🎄🎁

its been years since i bought this i still use it man the vibe to this dairy is different i know there are instructions on how to maintain it but you rly dont need to cuz 4 yrs later it looks the same its comfortable for travel nice aesthetic yellow pages nice products over all although would not recomened ripping out pages because it causes pages to fall out from the back of the book. but guys im emotionally attached

Best for water color journaling. Pages are thick and do not bleed with markers/fountain pens/watercolor, trusted brand. Even thought its on the pricier side, but every penny is worth...the quality is just awesome

Nice product. Presentation of the product is excellent. Handmade papers and the leather cover quality seems good. Hand-stitched binding is nice but even before I could start using it, edges of a few pages of the journal appeared 'pulled out'. Otherwise it is a decent product. Good for gifting.

It's a beautiful journal, vintage and aesthetic. It's thick with so many pages and wonderful. Can be used as a commonplace book or a traveller's notebook.

I love the product and will certainly buy it again, for my own use as well as to gift. Beautiful yellow hand made paper that writes beautifully, and is especially compatible with ink pens. The leather cover is meticulously crafted with finesse - the test always is check the edges of the leather and one can make out the effort and attention to detail. Its definitely a conversation starter and I can visualize myself using it for taking personal notes as well as using it in professional meetings. For me what was especially satisfying was that this is a completely Indian hand made product and one that I can be proud of flaunting. Well done. I had earlier bought another diary from the same manufacturer's stable - smaller size, distressed leather and white hand made paper - that diary too is a lovely product with it's own personality. The rugged feel of that diary too is brilliant and the leather on that product is weathering beautifully. Congratulations to the manufacturer for producing very creative products. These diaries will complement any hand crafted messenger bag (such as a dark tan messenger bag from Hidesign), a lovely set of Indian hand made fountain pens (such as from Ranga and Lotus) and adds oodles of personality and character to the person sporting this ensemble.... It is really a good journal . Condition is quite good however binding on top side is bit loose. Cons: 1.Quit small in size won't be able to write when you reach at the page bottom. 2.Wont be able to write till end of page on left pages cause width of the book. Apart from that it page quality is upto the mark.I will suggest to go for big size of u write long journal

This is an absolutely wonderful journal, of the highest craftsmanship. I searched for hours and hours to find it, and it fits my needs perfectly. It is the same dimensions as my "A Year To Clear" book (5" x 7" and at 1.5" thick it has MORE THAN one page a day for one year)! It has a lovely long strap that allows me to wrap around both the book and the journal which will be my daily devotion this year. The paper is a wonderful creamy color and texture (like a refined handmade paper, slightly rough with fibers visible here and there) and the binding is very carefully made: constructed of 8 banks of 12 doubled and hand-laced-together sheets (yielding 24 sheets with two sides each) for a total of 384 pages (=48 pages x 8) to write on, more than enough for a page-a-day for a year (1 year is 365 days)! The edges are all perfectly even, are squared to the binding and tightly and perfectly glued to create a very refined look. Plus there is a stiff cover page for the front and back just inside the binding, a very nice touch. The leather is a lovely rich brown, very supple, giving a sumptuous feel to the hand. What a joy. It is because of this journal I decided I could start journalling for the first time. About the ONLY way I can think of improving it would be to add a pen loop inside the bend of the over-flap (where there is room between it and the edge of the pages - see picture). This journal far exceeded my expectations and is truly worthy of five stars! I have purchased a couple leather journals before and the leather is so stiff it makes it difficult to even write inside, which is far from the case here. The leather of this journal is soft and supple and the covers lay flat when open. Any "imperfections" with the leather (i.e. scratches or slight variations in color) only lend to its character and will certainly get more beautiful as it's handled over time. The design and construction are impeccable. It truly is "antique looking." The details of the leather working on the side are a lovely touch. The paper inside just begs to be written on with an inky black pen. It feels and looks like handmade paper and has a very pleasing texture. This journal reminds me of something you'd see Indiana Jones using to chronicle his latest expedition. It honestly makes me daydream about adventures so much that I may wind up using it to write a story instead of journaling! As an additional note: The journal arrived in a beautiful box with paper inside, which would make it perfect for gifting if desired.
