Sephra Fountain-ready Belgian Dark Chocolate 2lb Bag - Ideal for Melting

Bought this for my chocolate fountain. Worked great and was delicious.

I have been using this chocolate for 5+ years to dip my cake balls for Christmas treats. They are flawless. I dipped 532 balls using 4 bag. I give these to my team at work. Cheaper than taking them out to lunch/dinner.

This was easy to use (follow the directions and take your time with the microwave) and very popular at my chocolate fondue birthday party. One bag didn't seem to make the fountain look full enough, so I added the second one. People really enjoyed "playing" with their food and seeing how they could change the flow of the fountain. We borrowed the fountain from a friend, so I added oil to the chocolate as her fountain's manual directed. If it were my own fountain, I probably would have experimented and tried it without the oil. Lots and lots of leftovers, which I ended up just throwing away. But, I don't think you do chocolate on a budget. The flavor was a little sweet for my taste (as mentioned by other reviewers), but it was a nice mix with the various fondue pots we had going.

Very good product. I was running out of time and they made sure the product reaches me before my house party. The only issue as compared to other similar products is, it gets burnt out very quickly. But the taste is outstanding and one of the best for chocolate fountains and foundue.

Seriously great chocolate - probably the best for a chocolate fountain! Just follow the directions and microwave in the bag or use a double boiler to heat before pouring into the fountain. We have a residential size chocolate fountain - so 2 bags are needed. Flows smoothly and the taste is waaaaaaaay better than store bought chocolates! Don't waste your time and money thinking you will get great results with the chocolates in the grocery store: you will not! Since you are having a party or get together, just get the 2 or more packs you will need and have a fool-proof experience with this special chocolate that was specifically designed for chocolate fountains! Seriously delcious and fool proof! RECOMMEND!

Chocolate showed up and was white it was so old and tasted old and nasty. DO NOT ORDER. You will hate.

This came in perfect condition (can't say the same for the other brand I purchased in the same order). I haven't had an opportunity to bake with these yet, however I'm optimistic that they will do the job. Chocolate for baking has become extremely expensive since the tariffs. I love to bake. You do get what you pay for when it comes to chocolate. I will update this review if my opinions change once I've done my Christmas baking.

Great chocolate, and you don't have to use a fountain. You can easily melt it on the stove or microwave. If you like milk chocolate and Belgian chocolates, you should try. I will serve just the chips, and let people munch on it like candy. Can also be used in other recipes from chocolate waffles, cookies, cakes, unlimited. *be careful though, easily melts. If you accidently drop some on your clothes, it could melt from body heat. But the formulation is designed for/perfect for fondue! Reason it melts so easily. **last warning- chocolate lovers be ware.... addicting to eat it by the handful. **Knowing the ingredients are all natural with no hydrogenated oils or substituted fats, makes it even better. Or less of a guilty pleasure. Next try the Dark chocolate version.

First thing. Dont poor the whole bag into the fountain only use as much as you need. Great taste. No need for oil. Massive big bag. Quite expensive but use sparingly. Ease to use. Mine didn't last long as I ended up using whole bag. Great smooth texture of choclate very silky. Great for dipping strawberries

I use them whole for my choc chip cookies and also I nibble on them from time to time if I get a choc attack. They ARE dark slightly bitter chocolate but that is to my taste. They are not choc chips more like miniature Hershey's kisses but bigger than Nestle cooking choc drops and much nicer too.. Have not yet tried in fountain but taste is excellent so should be great for coating strawberries etc.

I am a fan I chocolate and would say this product is one of the best with the price you can get. Hopefully, after collecting reviews, these guys would not increase the cost of it.

I never write reviews, but I was gifted a chocolate fondue mug - so ordered this and the white chocolate of the same brand. I’ve had fondue chocolate before and don’t care for it normally as it’s always kinda chalky so I usually just buy the hotel chocolate dipping box. This stuff however is a game changer! It’s smooth and creamy, perfect chocolate taste, not watery and powdery. So yes 5* from me, and I’ll probably be a stone heavier by Xmas as it’s so easy to melt just a teaspoon in my mug - it’s a perfect dessert experience :)
