Don't waste your money!
I bought the Zoo Med Daylight Blue Reptile Bulb [Set of 2] from "Monster Pets". The first bulb lasted one month, the second bulb lasted less than 3 months. Before I used this set, my previous bulb lasted 2+ years. I know this because I adopted my hermit crabs and the habitat including the daylight and nightlight bulbs from a friend more than 2 years ago. So the old bulbs lasted 2 years for me + however long the previous owner used them. These new ones I bought are the same brand as the old ones and the box looked identical. So either the brand's quality went down a ton or the products from seller "Monster Pets" are of really low quality. Regardless, don't waste your money!!

4 stars because the burn out rate is variable. We have literally used these bulbs for over 17 years for our red eared slider turtle who seems to just keep growing. They definitely do their job. Always buy two bulbs and keep a spare. Some times they last and we forget about them, sometimes 3 months. No rhyme or reason. Other brands seem to be less durable.
