The Masters Non-Toxic Paint Brush Cleaner and Preserver, 1 Ounce

Absolutely love this stuff. I was previously using brush cleaner that mixed with water, but it didn't always clean everything and ruined brushes. Decided to try this and was actually shocked by how well it worked. After painting with a brush I just get it damp and rub in a circular motion, paint visibly comes off the brush. If it's a lot of paint I might let it build up on the brush and rub it through a bit, then wash off with water (though I'm not sure this is even necessary). I used on some brushes I was sure were no longer usable, only to see them come back to amazing shape. Miracle product! Also lasts a very long time. This is definitely my new go to for miniature painting!

This thing is massive. Don’t think I’m going to run out of brush soap for a while. I have the smaller 2oz one but I ran out and I love this soap. Works great and gentle on the bristles. How much soap you get for what you pay is amazing. So much soap in this container.

This is my absolute favorite brush cleaner! I use zibra brushes, so i want to make sure they stay nice and try to extend the life of them. I usually wash the brushes off with dawn and water first, (you dont get much product so you want to get as much paint off as possible first) Once that runs clean, i do a second clean with this, and it gets the rest of the paint off the brush! My brushes i use are nice and soft still. Will be buying more!

I love this brush cleaner and I use it all the time! I’m literally working on three paintings On canvas at the moment and often I forget to clean a brush or two , then the paint is stuck on the brush, which can be a pain in the butt to get off , so this is really pretty good stuff. All you have to do is just wet you’re paintbrush a little dip it in the solution rub it in a little bit and then rinse it off. what I really like about this product is it also conditions the Bristles on your brushes, so you can actually leave it on your brush and it will keep them in shape for when you need to use them for next time. If you’re looking for a good paintbrush cleaner for small paintbrushes, then purchase this one and you will not be disappointed five stars for me!

Had high hopes that this would help reshape my nylon brushes back to a point based on reviews. It’s good, not great

Very happy with this. I haven't been painting long, but i already had a few brushes that were holding paint. This is quick and easy to use (kinda like cleaning makeup brushes, honestly). Make sure you let it dry before putting the lid on the item. It is about palm sized and seems like it should go a long way. Good value.

Amazing! The first thing to know is I paint furniture so use larger and much thicker paintbrushes than those used in other reviews (chalk paint and thick Zibra brushes mainly - these brushes are 1"+ thick & 2" or more wide) . I use chalk, acrylic, and latex paints and polyurethanes.I've used a variety of other brush cleaners and they've all left a bit to be desired - some more so than others. It irritates me when the white bristles of my Zibra & other brushes are stained the color of the paint I've used because that means there's still paint in the brushes. Other cleaners require soaking the brush to deep clean which isn't great for the bristles and a bit of paint still remains anyway, especially deep inside the brush, even after much scrubbing of the bristles. I bought the 24 oz tub of The Masters Cleaner and am amazed! I did the deeper cleaning method on my chalk paint and thick Zibra brushes first and the bristles came out white again!! It took much less scrubbing. I now spend 1/4 the amount of time cleaning brushes after my daily painting marathons and my brushes come out much cleaner. The best part is that after using The Masters once, the paint no longer adheres to the bristles nearly as much making the cleaning so much easier and the paint releases beautifully the next time I paint without clugging up in the brush. A good rinse makes them as clean as scrubbing when using other products! I still go ahead and clean them with The Masters, of course, leaving a bit in the brush to shape the bristles. I love that I no longer have those 3 or 4 stray bristles sticking out and marring my paint lines. Plus, since you can leave some of the product in the bristles to shape and condition your brushes, I know longer have to worry about completely getting the product out when rinsing - which has been a chore in the past. I just rinse until it runs clear at the ferrule and I can no longer see product in my brush then I apply the appropriate amount for shaping and conditioning. I did think it was a bit on the expensive side but the 24 ounces will last forever and the time and brushes it saves me makes it extremely cost effective. It smells wonderful, too! Perfect. My favorite Amazon purchase ever and that says a lot!

Nice brush soap! Cleans and conditions your watercolor brushes. Smells good. Be gentle with your brushes and they will last for a long time. Never leave brush tip standing in water. Clean with lukewarm, not hot water and soap after use. Rinse and gentle squeeze out water with paper towel or cloth. While damp reshape brush tip with fingers. Store brush in upright position or in a brush wrap.

Quite a popular brand brush soap to clean and restore paint brushes. Cannot find this tub size soap in our local store so get it from Amazon US. Good value for money and it come well packed, plus it give a leaflet on how to use it.

Fantastic product for cleaning miniture painting brushes. I've used this for years now! Very happy.
