Where is the stove made? Is it made in the USA?

The Coleman website states that it is "made in the USA of USA and foreign components." http://coleman.com/product/dual-fueltrade-2-burner-stove/3000000788?contextCategory=1200

There is the leak at the nozzle, end of the generator where the nozzle connected with manifold. a leak all day

I had the same problem. I called Coleman customer service, and they sent me a replacement generator assembly for free. It took me 15 min. To install, but the new one works fine so far.

The only time I would use it indoors (and have) is when the gas company had to do maintenance in my alley way. I had no gas, and have a gas stove top anyway. I turned on my hood vent and used it like I would my normal gas stove. If you don't have proper ventilation, I would recommend against using it indoors like most of these folks, but with proper ventilation, just like any gas stove, you should be totally fine. I know I'm years later, but people still look at this question so that's why I'm answering.

is there a noticeable difference in heat output between coleman fuel and gasoline?

Coleman fuel, or really any brand “white gas” will have a shelf life of several years. It will not get gummed up in the stove or lantern like unleaded gasoline with ethanol in it, can. So if it sits a lot, I only use white gas.
