Hahnel Professional Charger PROCUBE2 for Select Olympus Batteries

Nachdem ich schon eine Ladestation für einen anderen Olympus-Akku Typ hatte und sehr zufrieden war, fiel die Entscheidung nicht schwer mit das Nachfolgemodell zu kaufen. Generell habe ich mit Hähnel bislang gute Erfahrungen gemacht und den Kauf nie bereut. Ware war wie beschrieben - schnell geliefert und mehr als ausreichend schützend verpackt.

I got this to charge one set of batteries, but I accidentally discovered it has an attachment to charge an older devices battery to. It also comes with a 4 AA battery charger attachment. Simple to use and simple to use the attachments. The attachments just sit on top of the current attachment magnetically and only fit one way, you'll know when it clamps down. You also get some international plug attachments and a car charging point with it. It also has a usb A point on it, but a pity the mains / car charging socket is not usb shaped to give it that extra versatility. Overall though the display is clear and shows the level of charging and it works well. It does take a couple of hours to recharge a nearly depleted battery. ***Update*** Used it quite a bit now, and have found it charges very well. Also tested it using car charging and I am content with its performance. Though it is a bit bulky for carrying about, but I will be using mainly at home, as I have a slimmer slower charger, less costly for carrying around. Have used the AA attachment and it works just as well. Would I buy again, so far, yes I would.

I use this for my camera battery for Olympus. It does it's job well and have a modern look.

I was looking into the first edition ProCube to charge my Olympus camera batteries, but didn't end up buying it. Then I recently purchased an Xbox and was looking into rechargeable AA's for the game controllers, so I revisited the ProCube as an option (as I thought it would be a good option to charge the AA's and my Olympus camera batteries, rather than buying two separate chargers) and found that they had released a second edition. I believe the main difference is that the the camera battery plates/holders are easier to change now, and some of the information on the display is different. This one is an Olympus only charger, whereas the version 1 took Sony batteries as well. It comes with: - Plates for various Olympus batteries (BLN-1, BLS-5, and BLH-1) - A plate that charges four AA batteries - UK, EU, and USA adapters for the power plug - 12V Car Adapter - A little pin (like a phone sim card pin) to eject the charging plates A few notes: - It has the bonus of a 2.4A USB charging port in the back - If you have something plugged into the USB port, while batteries are in the charging slot, it will only charge one method at a time (ie it will charge the camera/AA batteries first, and then whatever is plugged into the USB port). - The AA battery plate magnetically sits over the camera plate, so you can easily swap between charging the AA's to charging camera batteries. - Just make sure you get the one specific to your camera, as they have different versions for Nikon, Fujifilm/Panasonic, Canon, and a version 1 of this one which accepts Olympus and Sony batteries. Overall, I think this is a great charger. It essentially replaces three chargers if you're travelling (phone, camera, and AA battery charger). It is also smaller than I expected which is a bonus.

Excellent product, does exactly what it says, appears to be very well made. Now I only need one charger with me when I travel with both my EM1 & Pen F bodies. Plus it charges AA batteries and cell phone by USB. How clever is that! Highly recommended.
