This hsmas been a lifesaver! After drinking a lot of coffee and green tea my bodygot depleted of T3 and iron among other things because that cabbe the side effects. And once that start is quickly becomes a state where you can barely have energy to put your shoes on. My Dr suggestied this formulation due to my stomache issues: does not take much to get an upset stomache, constipation or diarrhea. But I have tolerated this real well, it must be absorbing well, and restored my iron levels as fast as could be hoped. 6 months after starting treatment for iron and thyroid I am now back to normal again. Even my ferritin levels are restored I continue ue to take this twice a week since my diet has only occassional meat products

My mom's doctor said that her Iron level was low. He recommended her to talk some Iron supplements. This supplements did do the work her Iron level reach it's normal level. I take Magnesium Citrate and Melatonin at night before bed after dinner; in the morning I take a Vitamin D3 supplement with yogurt and coffee and then I wait 1 - 3 hours and take this Gentle Iron supplement. For the best results, you have to take this on an empty stomach and water (Tea, Coffee, Milk and Multivitamins with calcium and magnesium can affect how your body absorbs Iron). I have gotten the best results following this routine and haven't had any flare ups. I am extremely happy to have found an Iron supplement that works with my body and not against it!!
