The battery grip works great. Easy access to battery without removing from tripod. Intervalometer remote is the best feature. The remote does not require a cable connection from the grip to the camera. The remote can also operate as a wired remote using a 2.5mm to 2.5mm male to male stereo cable you can buy separately, which is a nice feature in case you are using a power adapter and the battery grip is not connected and you want to take time lapse. Remote has all the features needed for intervalometer, including setting lock and display backlight. Texture of the grip is very nice. All in All, 10 out of 10 in terms of form and function. This cost less compared to getting a battery grip and wireless remote separately and no dangling wireless receiver. Just perfect in every way. Highly recommended.
