The bed came well sealed and expanded fully upon opening. It is very fluffy and soft. Unfortunately it is very lumpy in the center where the dog actually sits. I tried to pull the padding apart and reposition It but was unable to get it evenly spaced. Thus the bed is lopsided and my pup sits kind of sideways. In addition, the bed is quite small. I bought a small which is ok for my 5.5 pound maltipoo but would not be adequate for a dog even as large as 10 pounds. Further, the cover does not zip off for cleaning. I would imagine that the bed will be even lumpier after I wash the entire thing because I cannot just wash the cover

I just received the beds. Suzi took to hers right away but Codi hasn't yet . Suzi is 5 lb 4 oz and I got her a small one Its just right for her . Cody is 8 lb 4 oz . I bought him the medium. I did put him in it and he fits in there perfect. In the picture I added Suzi is in the medium bed. I just took them out of the washer and they are fine . I washed them not because they smelled or needed to be washed I washed them because my pups are use to the detergent and softener I use and how their blankets smell. I thought that might help Cody get use to his . I am sure its just a matter of time before they will be cuddling in their beds ! I will know around bed time !

This is amazingly soft! My puppy got in it and rolled around and seemed to just love it to death! But, she also pops out of it after a while, and sleeps on the floor, so I think it is a little too hot after a length of time. It looks nice in the room, if that matters to you.

Dogs love it! Super soft and cozy. Will be ordering a couple more as my buddies go to it first. Price was great value!

My dog will not leave this bed. She loves it. She’s an older dog who also has accidents sometimes and we’ve had no issue with washing and drying it. Great little bed.

My dogs are now glued into relaxing in these beds! They look so cozy!

It took my 11 year old Yorkie 2 days to finally get in it. So far she has napped for over an hour so I would say it's a keeper.

So fluffy and snuggly for my fur baby! I have another one, but it’s not as soft and cushy.
