Very Good Product
The situation: The front cover of my treadmill came out during our last move. It is screwed to the body of the treadmill with 4 screws (2 front and 2 back). Four plastic pieces broke off from the cover at points at which the screws attach the cover to the treadmill. To glue the pieces back to the cover was not an easy job because there is too much stress on the joints when the treadmill vibrates (specially at higher speeds) or when the cover has to move (when you increase incline). I have joined several broken plastic pieces before and several products in the market can do simple jobs. However, this was very different and challenging. Remedy: I tried two products (one cheap and the expensive "Strongest" joint) to attach the broken pieces, but they were not strong enough to withstand the stress from operating the treadmill. It broke every time and the new cover was $200- something I was unwilling to pay. I had given up and was using duct tape to keep the cover on the motor. Coincidentally, I saw a YouTube video showing this product. I liked the fact that it came with a powder that can reinforce the weak spot, so I decided to give it a try. Process: I scrapped off all the old glue (very important) and cleaned the surface with rubbing alcohol and let it fully dry. In the first stage, I used just a few (4-5) glue drops to join the pieces, making sure that they are exactly where they are supposed to be. It works VERY fast, so you need to be ready with how the joint should look like before you start. Caution: The "glue" is sort of watery and does not join the surfaces till it is dry (which is fairly quick). So it may appear like that it is not working, but if you hold it for a minute or so, it is done. If it is a simple job, you are done now. You need to go through the second stage, only if you need to make it "bullet-proof" and aesthetics are not that important. I needed the added reinforcement so I went to the second stage, after waiting for about an hour. I poured the powder around the dried joint. The powder is very fine, so take your time. I used a fine brush to fully cover the joint area with the powder making sure that I do not create a high heap anywhere. Wear a nose mask, as strong fumes will come out at this time. One at a time, put the glue drops on top of the powder very carefully making sure that it fully penetrates the powder without moving it. Leave it in the open dry place for an hour or so and you are done. Caution: 1. Work outside the house. 2. Use gloves, if possible. Use recommended cleaners to get the stuff off your hands. 3. Use nose mask and stay clear of the fumes that come out when pouring glue on the powder. Outcome: My treadmill is holding very well after more than three months of usage at all speeds and inclines. It appears that the cover will not break at those spots again. BTW, it is made in Republic of South Africa and I will highly recommend the product.

QBond - Very Strong and Very Fast!
Ordered this because I'd picked it up at a local parts store about a year ago. Finally ran out of the glue. But this stuff works swimmingly! It's a bit touchy to use for anyone who is inexperienced, but QBond is quite an impressive adhesive. Just as it claims, it bonds materials within seconds. At times, if the ambient temp is low or the relative humidity in the area is a bit high, the adhesive takes a little more time to fully set. Something to be mindful of. also, always wear nitrile gloves when handling this chemical, as it can very quickly bond the skin on your fingers together! They do provide information on how to resolve this if this does occur, within the box on the directions / warnings slip.

AMAZING asset to have for quick fixes around the house.
Where has this been my whole life. This stuff is great. I am the type of person who trust to do jobs correctly and not cobble stuff together with duct tape and super glue but in the real world that's not always feasible and in those scenarios this stuff just makes a WAY more permanent fix than standard super glue. The super glue that comes in the kit is just normal runny super glue but the powders are where the magic at. It's like the little brother of JB weld with a much faster cure time. I use a thick super glue on one side of what ever I'm glueing together and the powder on the other and stick them together just to get a initial bond then apply a little more powder then use the supplied tiny super glue to really strengthen the bond. Store it in the fridge if possible so that the glue doesn't harden up as well

Fixed my $3500 water softener head made of plastic!!!
I know the reviews were good but these days my expectations were low on how well a product works. QBond blew away my expectations!! I have a old 10 year old water softener (kinetico) and the head water outlet was cracked because I was trying to twist the head off using a pry bar to replace the old resin in the tank. I thought I needed to replace the whole thing since they don't make the heads anymore!! I remember I bought QBOND in 2022 to repair a car part but didn't get a chance to use it. I did not want to spend $6000 for a replacement water softener due to the outrageous inflation these days so I used my dremel to V out the crack, fill up the grove with the provided powder then dripped the superglue on to the powder. It was ROCK HARD within 15 seconds! I then proceeded to carefully dremel and sand the area back to shape, installed everything back together and NOT LEAKS AT ALL!! AMAZING thank you Q BOND!!!! Water pressure is at 80 PSI and it's holding up NO PROBLEM. NOT A DROP!! I'm hoping this will be a long term solution for years to come! I can't thank you enough and I almost never leave reviews for anything I buy!

Great adhesive. Very strong bond. Saved my $$$ in replacement parts.
Amazing little glue. Sorry Adhesive I had a broken plastic tab on the inside of my car door and I knew that the regular glues would not hold the tab back in place. The broken part was the drivers side window switch panel and it takes quite a pounding. I knew that the regular glues like Gorilla glue, Crazy Glue or even Epoxy would not hold this tab back in place. SoI was looking to purchase a replacement for the part and came across this Adhesive and I figured I would give it a try. I was so surprised!!! This stuff actually attached the tab back into it's original position. After attaching the tab back in place I was able to snap the part back into the door panel and it's holding up. I am amazed!!! I've used it to fix so many other items in the house, garage and car. A broken metal faucet handle that I could not find a replacement for. A split in the garbage can. A broken mop head. Chair leg. Dryer vent, etc... All are holding up like new. The magic in this adhesive is the bonding powder. It's two parts a wet and dry. The wet seems like regular Cyanoacrylate or crazy glue. The dry is a powder grey for plastic, ceramic and glass and black for rubber type products. You put just a bit of the powder over the part you are repairing and then a drop of glue. Within seconds the part is back together and stronger then ever. I've found that for tricky applications it's easier to have someone else apply the wet. I then add just a bit more powder and glue to make it super strong. Great little product to repair those hard to fix items around the house and garage for the do it yourselfer.

Strong and fast but over-priced.
I'll give it five stars because it does seem quite amazing. Searching a video website will show it is likely just regular super glue and baking soda, though. Based on that, it's highly over-priced. But it does work nicely. I tried it on a broken clip for a switch and it seemed to hold great. Even when snapping the switch back into place, it didn't break (and it took quite a bit of pressure to click the part in). Then I played with it on various other things.I glued two plastic floppy discs together. When pulling apart, the plastic broke but not the glue or bond. I tried it on shiny smooth plastic and it failed miserably. That would obviously require roughing up a bit with sand paper. I put a dab on a piece of aluminum and it was impossible to remove. I glued two pieces of steel together. They weren't clean at all and it produced an incredibly strong bond that took a good amount of effort to break. It sets amazingly fast. I mean like 3 or 4 seconds. So you must have the items together first. There's no applying the glue and powder and then putting the parts together. Just super glue them first to get a bit of a bond. Then work around the seam with the powder and glue. So, yes, it does work fast and is strong. But, I do believe it is just regular super glue with baking soda. Search for such a video and try it yourself.

Much easier to than anticipated.
Older craftsman table saw that has the belt drive motor that hangs about 10 to 12 inches out of the back side of the table saw top. This leaves the hang mechanism vulnerable to be bumped in to a wall and braking the bracket. Thant's just what happened. I removed the aluminum motor attachment plate and placed it together and traced around it on a 1/4 piece of aluminum plating, cut the plating out placed it on the broken bracket and drilled several 1/4 inch holes in both broken pieces for some quarter twenty bolts to go thru and hold the aluminum plating and broken part together, then put a thin coat of Q-Bond on the aluminum plating, then carefully placed the broken parts onto the plate inserted the 1/4-20 screws, tighten them up and BINGO it worked like a charm. Also used it on a hobby project, I had two 5 inch long spike like nails, cut one to get the ratio of a Cross, used a dremel tool and cut out notches in both pieces so they would fit together flush, covered on piece with Q-Bond, placed the two together and let set, after set placed the black powder in the areas where it wasn't a good fit slowly added small droplets of liquid, enough liquid that the powder was all moistened, allowed to set. After it dried took a small file and smoothed out the rough spots. The Cross looked as it was one piece of metal. Q-Bond, excellent solution to fixing, mending and crafting. I will definitely use it again.

This product has saved me $$$$ in replacement costs. I've been able to repair a number of products and I still have most of the Kit left. I imagine this will last me YEARS :)
