Is there anyway I can get a replacement for a broken one?

If it is within the return time limit, you can most definitely receive a new robot number, probably in a new set. Always very compliant in attempts to satisfy the consumer!

Where are the instructions to put them together?

There are no instructions, you just rotate what will move to transform it into a robot shape. Really kids are better at this than adults.

Where are the instructions to "combine" into one large robot?

The box I got did not have them combine. They were 10 individual robots
