better than Ensure
This is better than Ensure, if you have to drink this sort of stuff for nutrition reasons. I am not diabetic, but cannot have corn syrup. Ensure has Corn syrup in it. This does not cause the same issues as the other products out there like this do (Ensure, boost...etc) Does not leave the filmy aftertaste in your mouth after drinking.

Shipped to Afghanistan via APO and arrived much quicker than expected. The taste is good and this product has helped with my glucose spikes between breakfast and lunch. I don't feel hungry and don't take in a lot of calories and my glucose readings have stabilized to an acceptable range. I ordered the vanilla and chocolate and these satisfy that sweet tooth as well.
