Best Evaporated Milk Brand
I love this stuff! I use it on cereal, cook with it, and everything. I go through a lot of this evaporated milk. I prefer this brand to other brands (such as Carnation)

Pricey but it's the only "Right" brand of Hong Kong Style Milk Tea!
I wish Black & White Cow Evaporated Milk is more widely available in the States like in Australia, but unfortunately it isn't and it is quite pricey in comparison. However, it's the only brand that makes your Hong Kong Style Milk Tea really smooth and taste authentic. Don't bother with the other brands like Carnation, I tested all the other local evaporated milk brands. None of them have the right ratio of whole milk/fat that Black & White Evaporated Milk has for Milk Tea.

No sugar
I use this to make keto milk. 1 can of evaporated sugar free milk mixed with 2quarts of water. Works great and taste good.

I tried many different kinds of evaporated milk but so far this one is the best. It has a great creamy flavor. Very good for making milk tea to get that smooth and rich taste. Other brands doesn’t give the same results. Will buy again.
