Tapioca Starch 14oz

Tapioca starch is great for thickening gravy when making stir-fry dishes. I also use it inmy ground pork or in my meats when stir frying with vegetables.

The tapioca starch is similar to corn starch, but I never liked to add corn starch to any fruit pies or any recipe that was sweet and called for corn starch.Use the tapioca starch. Makes a world of difference
