Review of the Redken root lifter volumizing spray foam. I made this purchase after my hairdresser used it on my hair & I loved the way it came out. I have very thin fine hair cut in a pixie. I really like it. The fragrance is amazing without being overwhelming. The consistency is lightweight & doesn’t make my hair stick to my scalp. When I use this I have nice lift & volume & it holds all day!! I also have zero frizz using this product. So if you have very fine thin hair & don’t want a product that weighs it down or your hair falls flat after just a little while you need this.

I’ve tried more volumizing products than I can count, and the Redken Root Lifter Volumizing Spray Foam is easily one of my new favorites. The formula is light and fluffy, so it doesn’t weigh my hair down, but it still delivers excellent hold that lasts all day. I was pleasantly surprised that there’s no sticky or crunchy residue and even better, no build-up after repeated use. My roots look lifted and full, while the rest of my hair stays soft and touchable. I also appreciate the anti-frizz benefits, especially on humid days. Works beautifully on my fine hair, but I can see it being great for all hair types. Easy to apply, great scent, and salon-quality results right at home. Back in the day, I used to love Redken Guts, and I’ve been searching for something that delivers similar results for my natural curls. Since I’ve been a straight-hair kind of girl for so long, I wanted something easy that would bring out my natural curls again without the fuss. I’m so glad I found this product again—it absolutely delivers! It gives me beautiful volume, helps reduce frizz, and leaves my curls soft with no crunch. It’s perfect for air drying and works wonderfully on all hair types. I absolutely love it!

The directions say to use on damp hair, however, I blow dry my hair first and put it on dry hair. This stuff is wonderful. I have thin fine hair and a little hair loss from age, but this does the job. I don't know what I would use if I didn't have this product. I have short hair (I'm 76) and it lifts so beautifully. I use a 1/4 inch curling iron. I can't believe I used to use hot rollers. A beautician cut my hair too short one day and I was forced to use a curling iron, could not get roller in. Oh my, it's wonderful. I cringe now thinking about how I use to use hot rollers and even worse, used to rat my hair for years to get volume, neverv tease my hair now. I hope they NEVER discontinue this product. It is worth every penny. My hair lasts 3 days and that's sleeping all night with it. Incredible. I highly recommend it for you if you have short hair but need it higher, not flat. No teasing, just run a wide tooth comb (opposite side of a teasing comb, you can buy these anywhere). LOVE IT !!!

This is such a great product. I'm not sure why it's not better reviewed. The container lasted me over a year, so it's a good deal even though it's expensive up front.

I typically use far less expensive beauty items but was "influenced" to buy this. It does it job for the most part, but I did not feel like it was exceptional, or more lifting than other items I use in my hair.

Hair stylist uses this in my hair. Love it before I blow dry and curl my curtain bangs. Crazy volume, even with my fine hair. Does make me hair feel squeaky? When blow drying, but works well.

This works just okay. I find that Big Sexy Hair root lifter works much better. This is still an okay product, but, IMO for the money I would not recommend.
