Q: Is this product safe for a nursery? How are the polyesterene foam beads secured in? Do they spill out with use, time or pressure?

Pellets are encased in a fabric bag inside the macrame. I have never had any leak out.

I think it’s in a sealed case. I’m not sure what it’s stuffed with. No problem with anything leaking out. The are cute.
