Easy to assemble didn’t even use the directions. Very sturdy looks nice.

I wasn't sure what I was getting into with this purchase. The stool looked awesome and was customizable, but the low price made me hesitate. I shouldn't have been worried. The aluminum made base is sturdy and well finished. All parts are packed neatly and smartly. The leather seats are quality made and cushy. I missed the instructions in the packing (my daughter found them later) but I had not trouble figuring out how to put them together. I wad worried when one wobbled a little, but the feet screw in and out and are fully adjustable. This was a GREAT buy. I'll buy again from thus seller.

I bought this variable seat height chair to be able to sit down while doing the dishes at the kitchen sink. I believe it works fine for that function. I weight 255 to 260 pounds, and I believe that this chair will hold my weight without breaking. Time will tell. The construction is a mixture of steel welds, and bolted together sections. It's definitely retro looking, which suits me fine. The seat appears to be made well enough to cushion my butt, and I believe it might last without the cover material cracking, as long as I sit in the middle of the seat, evenly distributing my weight. I think if you are an "edge sitter" who likes to sit on the edge of chairs, that the covering material might be stressed too much, eventually tearing. This chair's lowest possible height is 25.5" with the "locking threaded ring wheel" removed. The threaded nut at the center of the "locking threaded ring wheel" is 1.0", so by revoving this wheel, you can sit 1" lower without it. Assuming you leave 1" of thread engaged, the max seat height is 33.0", with the seat not compressed by a load. Roger Louie 11-23-2019 12:45am

Love love love these . Bought 4 to go in my newly remodeled basement bar. Got the dark blue w grayish cushion. Love the pop of color . Made well and worth the price .

I just received this stool and found it extremely easy to assemble and it is quite sturdy. My only problem was deciding which color to buy. I opted for the green since it is going in my baseball themed man cave. I am a Red Sox fan and the color complements the other "Fenway green" items that I already have. I chose the padded seat even though I liked the wood seat look...I'm glad I did...it looks great and is very comfortable. All in all, this is a terrific item for the price!

Got this stool to put in my office so visitors had a place to sit, but not feel like they can hunker down for a 2 hour afternoon chat. It was relatively easy to put together, might take you about 1/2 hr to assemble. It's very sturdy and stable and the padding on the stool is thick! Has a good "steam punk" vibe to it.

They're awesome. I tried to cancel my order because of the way the seat attached to the base. I was afraid it might over time become a point of failure. After receiving these and inspecting construction I'm well pleased. Under the seat are metal cross straps welded to the seat frame. I've sat on them and they're great/comfortable (I got the padded seat option). Highly recommend these.

Ordered 2 for our bar in our basement game room. We didn't want any backs because of the proximity of out pool table . I like that these have the built in foot rest. I got compliments on their look. But: _ more colors are available in the version that can go higher. _ they are inconsistently made. See pictures for the PU seat ( one puffes out of the seam, one is flat), and welding job ( one looks neat, the other was made by a dude on his 1st day). Not bad enough to bother sending back.

Really easy to assemble! The seat is also very confortable for longer period (i.e if working on my computer). The only thing is that the height is not what is stated in the description. The lowest setting (which is what you see on the picture) is 26 inches and not 24 inches. Also, the stools are sturdy and quite stable except if you lean on the footrest while getting up or sitting down which will make the stool fall over. Otherwise, these are great stools for a industrial/Steampunk look at a great price! I would recommend!

They are super cute. But not sturdy, it seems like the base should be a little wider. They look great though! Very easy to put together.
