There are not any auxillary objective lenses included in the kit. The can be purchased separately if needed. We have them.

What is the difference between this one and A60 model #10450311?

The model you are asking this question on is the same model and part number you wrote, which is for the Leica A60 F. There are only two options from Leica the A60 F or A60 S. The only difference is the stand. The F is a flex arm and the S is the boom stand.

Is the flex arm clamp mount or bench top mount?

The Flex Arm version of the Leica A60F is a clamp mount. There is an optional table mount available that can be bolted to the table or wall.
