Bench is good for home gym..I am 68KG and I can do following with this with confidence in terms of quality..1. Parallel dips2. Inverted rows3. Bench press (20Kg + 20Kg plates)4. Inclind bench press5. Leg curl6. Leg raise7. Chest fly8. One arm dumbbell row.Seller is trustable..I had some issues with the bench..some part was defective..Due to lockdown seller was unable to deliver the replacement on time..However on request he refunded some amount which I have used to fix the parts...
