Yes they are. That's what I use them for. They are a great product!

Does this pack include bamboo?

I have no idea if bamboo is offered in this pack. The pieces are apparently random types of wood veneer in a minimum size, so maybe it's possible?

How hard is it to remove the stickers?

Not hard. Use a heat gun to loosen the adhesive if you are nervous about breaking anything. I'd recommend this on any burl wood.

Would these veneers work for a Cricut Maker?

I have tried to do some marquetry cuts with my cameo 3. I finished a project but it took a lot of effort. The cuts are inconsistent but you could have better results. I recommend a deep cut blade and tons of patience. Take light cuts and gradually increase the depth of cut. I never perfected it. Good luck.
