For reasons I will never know, my potassium levels drop significantly for no reason at all. My doctor suggested taking potassium every day. Most people take about 100 mg a day, but 275 mg works for me. Without it, I get lightheaded.

Beware this is not 275mg of potassium as labeled. The label clearly states 275mg and unless you're a chemist you might expect you are buying 275mg of potassium. The truth which SHOULD BE ON THE LABEL is you are buying 99mg of potassium from 275mg of potassium citrate. If you are taking this for the potassium you are receiving 99 mg of potassium. Good product with bad labeling. It's legal but is it fair to the average consumer? Is it ethical? Potassium is important to take, do some research you'll be surprised.
