The back side, the part against the body, it is flat, or does it have the same contour as the front? Secondly does it have an curve to it?

Yes its countoured on the back with a slight curve, its all made with certified American Leather

Will this work for the sig sauer p938?

You'd be better off asking the manufacturer. I don't own a p938.

Will this be too big for a bersa thunder 380 and s&w 380 shield ez mags?

If your weapon isn't listed you would have to contact the maker and ask them if they make one that will fit your weapon. Mine are for a 1911 and a Glock 23.
