Coach Soak Magnesium Bath Soak - 3 lb, Cooling Peppermint Bath Salts

I have fibromyalgia and have had back surgery. My muscle and joint pain can be overwhelming at times. When I started looking for a new Epsom salt with Essential oils added, I bought a few different brands to compare. I have tried them all now and I can say that I received the most lasting relief from this Muscle Soak. My favorite part was the scent of the oils. It is strong enough to fill the room but not so strong it is overpowering. I have been previously adding my own personal oils to plan Epsom salt baths. That method left my tub very oily and created more clean up. That felt counter productive to me because after cleaning a garden tub, all the good the soak did was gone. These salts didn't leave a oily film on my tub. Just a rinse and it was gone. The price is a little high for the amount in the bag. The bag I received was only 3/4th filled which disappointed me some but not enough to cause me not to purchase this again. Overall, I recommend the Muscle Recovery in the cooling peppermint scent. It was very relaxing during the soak and stayed with me well after I got out. I added a little peppermint oil to my body lotion after, and that was a good combo as well.

I would like to take this time to explain how amazing this product (coach soak, muscle recovery) is. I am a railroad conductor/ switchman. I consistently ride on train cars and throw switches to run on different tracks. It’s tough work. Anyhow, I’m am constantly having muscle pains in my arms, legs, back and neck. Everything aches. I’ve read reviews on this product and they convinced me to make the purchase. Honestly, I thought, ehh I doubt this will help. WELL IT DID!! I used this one time so far as I received it two days ago then lagged on trying it. Holy smokes, I have been ache free for 24 hours. I used as the directions stated. 1-2 cups in warm water. I soaked in the tub for 20 minutes the washed off. Typically after a normal soak in the tub or shower, I limp to the couch or to the kitchen to cook dinner. This’s product doesn’t heal you, but it does make you feel amazing. Smooth skin and the one I bought “cooling peppermint” cleared my sinuses and made my joints ache free. One thing I learned, DO NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. This stuff works for me. It may not be the best for everyone, but I will recommend this product to anyone. To the manufactures, THANK YOU for these past 24 hours at the least, for allowing me to feel human again.

So I got this following dropping a tripod on my foot (lovely I know) so I got this as a just in case for the future. Fast forward to having my hands cramp up after around 12 hours of work, so I go ahead and set up my bathroom sink with these bad boys, and just wow. I got the peppermint scent, and the scent has lingered in my bathroom for a full day, it’s really pleasant. And after a half hour, my hand felt completely cooled and relaxed from the salts. I’m so satisfied with the purchase that I bought two more bags of the peppermint salt. And probably the best part is the very lovely hand-written note I received in the mail recently. Jordan, if you’re reading this, thanks for the note. Love your guys’ product.

I work on a farm so by the end of the day I am SORE! This works better than plain Epsom salts and muscle soaks but is WAY more expensive. The bag is small so I would go thru a bag every few days if I keep this up. I also found brown “things” in the bag….kinda looked like cardboard and they did not dissolve in the water. Not sure what they are.

This bath soak is my favorite all time soak! If you love the smell of peppermint you will enjoy this! It took me a very long time to find a peppermint only scented soak and as a added plus the bath flakes absorbed into the water way faster than any bath salt i have ever tried making it easy to relax and not feel like your sitting on rocks. Only complaint is it does not come in a bigger size. I re-order the soak about every month and use it a couple times a week.

Dealing with unsolved knee pain, after RICE method and change in activity load, discomfort and pain still lurked in my knee, below kneecap, slightly left top of shin area. Not a human MRI, but assumed I was up against; -Patellar Tendonitis -Micro Stress Fracture -High Shin Splint Inflammation and discomfort got frustrating daily as I wanted to confidently return to activity. After one 20min hot/warm water soak with COACH SOAK, woke up practically PAIN FREE. Moving forward gonna ease back into activity and I recommend soaking localized areas with a rotation of hot/warm & ice temperature soaks.

This stuff works! I've never been a bath type of guy, but after trying this out 2x/week after putting myself through OCR, trail running, and weight training 4-5 times per week for 6 months. I can tell you that I'm sold! If you have been searching for muscle recovery start here and soak a few times per week.

The best thing about this is it allows me to take a bath. I do like the way my skin feels but cumulatively now it hasn’t provide me much benefit.

Scent is quite strong when you first open the bag and can be overpowering at first. Had to leave the bathroom door open while filling the tub and let the scent escape. Very relaxing bath and soothes the muscles. Unintentionally left the bag open for a few days and the scent wasn’t nearly as strong when I used it again. That took care of my only concern with these flakes.

This arrived with a big ripped hole in the bag. It was all over the bottom of the box and mixed with other items. The box was damp from rain and it was a mess. I scooped up what I could so I can still use some of it. But it was a gift so I can't use it for that now. Very disappointed. It does smell nice. But so does everything else that was in the box with it.

I have used this off and on for about a week, maybe two. I could tell if I used it consistently, the benefits were there. Super strong scent! Cleared my nose thats for sure. Kind of watered the eyes lol There are other scents as well. I'll buy this again for sure.
