Is Caribou nutrition a legit company? Why doesn't anything show up when I search for it on the internet and website on bottle says not valid?

The product is legit. I received it and I did notice positive results. Now when I tried to review it and get the free product offer from the company I couldn't find their website online either. It seemed to disappear. I just checked back today and it looks like the website is back.
